Kathryn (Wilson) Stockmon, MS, RD, LDN, CNSC

Welcome! I'm KC, a Registered Dietitian here to help you sift through the nutrition noise and focus on what really matters: eating and enjoying your food. Like many of us, I am fed up with our medical system and sports culture's misdirected focus on weight as a measure of our health and performance potential. I believe that the constant pressures in our society to restrict our diet under the guise of "health" are making us sicker and more unhappy. Food should be enjoyed, not feared. I want to help you find food freedom and accomplish your goals!

I have worked in the following settings:

  • hospitals (eating disorders care, pediatric intensive care unit, enteral & parenteral nutrition support and more)

  • outpatient clinic (sports nutrition, eating disorders care, diabetes, heart disease, digestive disorders, pediatric nutrition and more)

My goal is to help you relax and enjoy the process of deciding what to eat, how and when to prepare it, and the act of eating itself- it doesn't have to be stressful or difficult! After years of seeing how our toxic diet culture and obsession about food and our bodies takes a toll on us, I want to help create a world where we can all enjoy our food, be happy and healthy, and perform our best on and off the field.

More About Me

A New Englander through and through, I was born and raised in Connecticut and have called Boston, Massachusetts home for the last 7 years after moving north to complete my dietetics training and graduate program. Aside from getting to work with amazing clients, the second-best part of my career is the fact that I get to keep learning and growing in the field of nutrition. I truly enjoy participating in ongoing training, and staying up to date with the latest research and practices for myself and my clients. When I'm not working or training (I'm definitely partial to endurance sports), you'll most likely find me at the beach or in the mountains with my husband and my dog Charlie, experimenting in the kitchen, or planning a trip to somewhere new!
